Lisa Mahood
Director
Lisa Mahood has years of experience in Executive Management, working as a CEO and Deputy CEO. Lisa has over 20 years’ knowledge in Local Government, serving 17 years as a Councillor and 5 terms as Mayor. She has served as a Director on numerous State Government Statutory Authorities.
Lisa is a trusted advisor with extensive experience and knowledge across all aspects of local government practice, governance, policy and strategy formulation, she is a popular advisor and mentor to Councillors and officers in the local government sector.
Having worked as an advisor to two Victorian Premiers Lisa has vast insight and experience into the mechanics of Government, policy, strategy and relations.
Known for her ability to unpack complicated issues, Lisa is a specialist advisor to CEOs and Boards on the development of Government Relations, Strategy and Governance.
As a former CEO of a not for profit, she has extensive knowledge in education, training and innovation.
She was selected to undertake a Master Level Study in Executive Leadership Principles and Practice at Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
